Please note:
Above private charter prices are one way base rates, and the applicable charges outlined on any surcharge sheet forms a part of the total cost of a private charter.
That overtime charges for operations after hours are not included, and are available upon request.
Other passenger departure charges, as applicable, are payable to the airport authority by the client before boarding.
Waiting time [Demurrage] is chargeable as applicable, and this charge will be included in the quoted price once details are known.
The basic ANTIGUA TO MONTSERRAT charter price includes handling from when the customer presents themselves at the PORTS HANDLING check in desk in Antigua, which is situated next to American Airlines. The customer is responsible for clearing Immigration, collecting their cases and clearing customs before proceeding with baggage to the PORTS check in desk. Thereafter PORTS will transfer passengers and baggage to the aircraft.
There is an additional 'meet and greet VIP service' available in Antigua. The customer will be met off their incoming aircraft and escorted through immigration and customs onto the FlyMontserrat aircraft. Baggage will be taken care of by PORTS from the arrival hall reclaim to the FlyMontserrat aircraft. The additional cost of this service is US$50 per sector.

Cargo Flights, Air Ambulance (removal of seats required): US$ 100.00
A security head tax of US $50 applies to each departing passenger from French Territories.
Penalties for CHANGES made in Private Charters
Changing a charter on the day of the flight counts as a cancellation and will result in a penalty charge of 90% of the charter price.
Changing a charter less than 48 hours before the flight will result in a penalty charge of US$250.
Changing a charter with more than 48 hours notice but less than 30 days prior to flight time, will result in a penalty of US$100.
If a charter is changed and subsequently cancelled then the additional cancellation charges (below) will apply.
Penalties for CANCELLATION of Private Charters
Cancellation more than 7 days before flight - 25% of charter price
Cancellation 7 days to 48 hours before flight - 50% of charter price
Cancellation less than 48 hours before flight - 75% of charter price
Cancellation On the Day of the flight - 90% of charter price
No show or no prior notice of cancellation - 100% of charter price
